We all have out own special tastes and diets, so we have put together a sample menu just to help you remember important items when shopping. Please check with your captain first as he may already have some of these supplies on board.

BREAKFAST
Cereal (cold or hot), milk, juice coffee, tea, bread, margarine, jam, eggs, bacon, pancake mix, syrup. Fresh fruit.

LUNCH
Sandwiches, bread or buns, cold meat, hot dogs, tuna, peanut butter. Lettuce, tomato, mayo. Soups and yogurt. Potato chips, cookies, fresh fruit. Soda, tea, drink mixes.

DINNER
Plan on dinner out a couple of nights. The Abaco Islands have some great restaurants that are not to be missed. Definitely plan on fresh fish and even lobster if you are visiting in season. Pasta is good, quick and easy. Bring your favorite recipe or buy sauce in the store. Salad ingredients, potatoes, onions and fresh veggies are all available. Poultry and meat are fresh and good. All types of boxed side dishes are available. It is best to keep meals simple since a day in the sun does seem to make everyone tired. There is a grill on board so you can cook burgers, grilled chicken, kabobs and, of course, the fresh catch of the day.

YOUR CAPTAIN WILL SHOW YOU THE BEST STORES TO BUY SODA, LIQUOR AND FRESH ISLAND BREAD.
